Prior to the first session, I will send you a contract to read and sign.
This explains lots of information about confidentiality, fees, cancellations etc.

In the first session I will ask you some questions to identify what you would like to work on.
You will only need to open up as you feel ready to do so,
we work at a pace that you are comfortable with.

There is parking around my house and I am close to a couple of bus routes.

I do not have a waiting room so please arrive on time,
not early. My room is situated upstairs.
If mobility is difficult,
I can offer you an online appointment using Skype, Zoom or whatsapp video.
I have a cat and a dog so please make me aware of any allergies prior to the session.
The pets will not come into the counselling room (unless this is requested).
